Does anyone out there remember this from 1991? It is a re-creation of a diagram I used to produce while working for Random Access Consulting (with the Munge Brothers) to show that the real value from IT was at the user level.

Funny how nothing changes in 15-16 years.
People are still too worried about stuff in layers 1-6 and forgetting the end user.
