Thinking about TALO

The TALO (Teach and Learn Online) UnConference/SwapMeet is coming up later next week from sunny Adelaide, South Australia. Like Graham, I’m a bit apprehensive about my potential contribution to the event. It will my my first time face to face at one of these global online events.

UPDATE:

The event WIKI has filled out substantially since I threw my virtual ‘Hat’ into the ring.

Like Bill Kerr, I would like to see some discussion on Copyright and Intellectual Property. I’d be happy to elaborate on my little sketches and video mashups and the subsequent discussion on best practice for rights management. I would like to push the discussion toward the boundaries of implementations of giving ‘Attribution’ and the future of Intellectual Property in the flat world.

Ah, hang on, I think I finally see a role for myself. Reading the opening page I see the following:

TALO Swapmeet 07- Every year we get together somewhere in the world for an annual SwapMeet and this year it’s Adelaide. Check out who’s speaking to what andwho is likely to be disrupting the process.

Disrupting the process - now that is something I can do!
