Learning with the Fang

National Science Week 2008 officially runs from Saturday 16th August to Sunday 24th.

This year I thought I would get organised and load my diary up with cool things to see before science week begins. I just found this handy state based list of events for my home state of South Austraila – to my horror I discovered that I have already missed one of the coolest events – ‘science alive‘ which happened over the weekend. Darn it all I would have gone (in fact I drove right past yesterday and cursed the traffic!!).

Checking ahead, I see that the University of Adelaide ‘Sciences Bizzare‘ that runs on open day (Sunday August 17th) is listed and would suggest well worth a look.

So make sure you check out the timetable for your area and get along to whatever takes your fancy.
