A few days after ordering my ‘bloggers dozen‘ from kirrihill winery, this lovely parcel arrived on my doorstep. After taking a few pics, uploading them to flickr (with kirrihill tag) I chucked the whites in the fridge for our upcoming Geezers band practice.
Dave, Rob and Steve from the Geezers turned up for practice on a nice warm night, perfect to sample the nicely chilled Riesling Pinot Gris & Sémillon Sauvignon Blanc. I ripped the lid off a Tempranillo Garnacha – which I really enjoyed – ‘monochromatic’ was the first word to roll off the tongue after tasting.
I whipped out the .mp3 recorder and grabbed THIS little snippet of audio from the boys while we were on the job.
