As promised during my #edayz08 keynote I am prepared to give a really nice bottle of South Aussie wine to the person who gets my attention with the most interesting ReMix / Mashup of any content from my presentation. I had in mind a deadline of about a week (which would be today) but since I have not seen anything yet I’m gunna extend the deadline to Midnight Sunday November 30th – Adelaide time.
UPDATE:
I’ts now Monday December 1st and as far as I can tell, there have been exactly 0 responses – nothing shows up in tweetscan.com for #edayz08, no comments on my blog, no e/mail. Oh well! If you have done something and just failed to get my attention then leave a comment here – if it gets to me before I drink the wine you can have it ;-)
The best ways to get my attention are:
- leave a comment on my blog (preferably this post)
- make it show up in tweetscan
- send ye olde e/mail to fang [at] mikeseyfang.com
The sorts of things that interest me are creative uses of many diverse sources of the ‘unauthorised media’ coverage of my event. For example a video mashup that combined some of my slides, other peoples photographs, the podcast of my talk and whatever else you can find would score extremely highly. Short, sharp, shiny also rates highly with me (anything over about 3min or one song is too hard!)
Will go down to my cellar on the weekend and take a pic of the actual prize in the hope of inspiring an attempt or two.
