- This fifty minute podcast, recorded at the EDUCAUSE 2008 Annual Conference, features a speech by V.S. Ramachandran,
Professor and Director of the Center for Brain and Cognition at the
University of California, San Diego. The speech is entitled, “The Unique Human Brain: Clues from Neurology.” Video for this speech is also available. - Special Report – Reinventing Higher Education in Australia. Melbourne University Up Close is a fortnightly audio talk show of
research, personalities and cultural offerings at the University of
Melbourne. Up Close is created and produced by Eric van Bemmel and
Kelvin Param.

Roughly ten minutes of snippets from podcasts I have heard recently that might be relevant to Higher Education. My aim is to stimulate discussion around the impact of the read/write web on research and teaching & learning.
